Thursday August 28th

woke up and finally went to work and i had so much done yesterday that all i had to do was cut bread and whip up some puddings. nelson made some broccoli so i put it in some vegetable soup for lunch and it was pretty tasty. then we ended up being a little busy for a while so nelson came up and actually helped out on the line which is pretty unusual nowadays. ended up leaving around 2:55pm cause jesus was already clocked in and john was patroling the halls like the freak that he is.

headed on home and actually did a load of laundry and took a shower right away which bummed nelson out cause i didn't go help paint again. a couple hours passed by and i brought my laundry in and it was pretty well all dried so i felt good about myself cause i hadn't done that in forever.

then around 6:30pm i headed on over to china palace express and got myself my usual general tso chicken with water chestnuts and broccoli. the girl working there was pretty cute in a asian kinda way but unfortunately it was so hot in there and you get the worst phone reception while waiting. so went home and shredded that and watched a couple more episodes of weeds and a paul reubens special on biography in which it reminds me that he got a bum rap.

ended up going over to the steve's to meet up with dan and they were both getting seriously baked and we did some dumb math equations. so then we watch the ratdog episode of curb your enthusiasm which was hilarious and it sucks cause i'd never seen it before cause i have the episode.

then we headed on out to the thirsty turtle and it was just a bunch of really old dudes so i walk over to the paddy wagon and it wasn't much better. so i came back and had a coke and found out jeno was at the cabana so i took dan home and then i took the steves home and went to the cabana. jen was shooting some pool with her beautiful friends renee and her roomate lindsay and they all look ridiculously good. so they kept having these creepy 40 year old dudes lurk around them while they tried getting there pool on which is unfortunate.

so ended up hanging out at the bar with them and come to find out renee was 34 years old even though i would have never guessed that. had some interesting conversations with her and then i wanted a drink so lindsay told me you have to shake your boobs so she grabbed hers and started shaking them and what do you know it worked. damn if she didn't have a boyfriend i would have been all over that one, but unfortunately she does and i'm not a skeezball. chad crews and ryan hopewell were really the only other people i knew there so it ended up being sort of a awkward evening.
